General Contracting – Typical Design / Bid / Build method – Lump Sum price
Construction Management at Risk – RB holds subcontracts and establishes a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the work
Construction Management – Agency - Owner holds subcontracts
General Contracting – Time and Material Rates
Design / Build – RB provides the design and builds the project
