From planning through occupancy, RB provides full turnkey construction services, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and general operations — on either a lump-sum, unit-price, guaranteed maximum or time and material basis. Both competitive bids and negotiated proposals are prepared under the direction of an estimating manager and a senior RB officer, based on client specifications.

RB provides an on-site superintendent to oversee day-to-day implementation of your project, a project manager to provide daily coordination and working relationships with your staff, and a senior RB officer to manage the entire process.
