Construction Management

As your representative, RB develops a team to coordinate and manage your entire construction project, fostering active participation among architects/engineers, construction managers, and your staff.

Based on value, cost, scheduling analysis, and other critical studies to determine aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals, RB reviews final plans and specifications, then pre-qualifies selected subcontractors to submit proposals. After opening all proposals jointly with your staff, the RB construction management team evaluates each proposal for your approval.

After contracts are awarded, RB monitors the schedule, budget, and quality of work, facilitating communication and managing project details to ensure successful completion.
