Project Overview

Construction of this distribution facility for Lowe's Home Improvement, serving the greater upper Midwest region, was a “green field” project. It included 179 acres of land development and the construction of a 1.5 million SF facility. Work included mass excavation, major site utility installations, 80 acres of asphalt pavement, and installing precast wall panels, structural steel, super flat concrete floors, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fixtures. RB also performed site preparation for another 500,000 SF future expansion.
