From planning through occupancy, Ragnar Benson provides turnkey, single-source contracting services, including site preparation, architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and general operations.

Our priority will be to keep your project on track. To do so, we provide an on-site superintendent to oversee day-to-day project implementation, a project manager to provide daily coordination and working relationships with your staff, and a senior Ragnar Benson officer to manage the entire process.

While we frequently serve as a general licensed contractor and construction manager, we are, above all else, builders. Our self-performed work capabilities include services such as demolition, structural excavation, concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry, for greater schedule control and additional cost savings to the client.
