Project Overview

Ragnar Benson constructed an 18,000 SF core and shell, eight-tenant retail center. The building consists of a steel frame, light gauge steel framed walls and facades, decorative stone pier cladding, an exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), and a single-ply rubber EPDM (ethylene propylene dieneterpolymer) roof.
