Project Overview

Ragnar Benson was tasked with renovating and converting two existing high-bay warehouse buildings into a customer service and call center. The facility supports 380 employees. Existing conditions required the design/build method for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and electrical designs. The project was completed within a tight five-month schedule.
