Project Overview

Ragnar Benson provided design/build services for this three-story Class A office building. A key objective was to keep construction costs in check through the efficient use of materials. A central compact core containing two elevators, two exit stairs, restrooms, and mechanical shaft space was designed to achieve flexibility for tenant entries and office space layout. The 15-foot floor-to-floor height maximized the finished ceiling height and allowed taller windows for more natural light.
