Project Overview

Ragnar Benson provided construction management services for two separate five-story research and development centers. Each project has a five-story research and development center, a full-service cafeteria, an auditorium, two three-level parking structures, and a connecting link bridge. All mechanical and electrical systems meet N+1 redundancy requirements to ensure system functionality in the event of a system failure.
