Winnebago Energy Center Landfill Gas-To-Energy
This landfill gas-to-energy project uses the methane gas that is
normally combusted by the landfill as an energy source. The project
consisted of a power generation plant fueled by landfill gas. A gas
blower system pulls a vacuum on the adjacent landfill piping system,
removes excess moisture from incoming gas, and supplies the landfill
