One Bell Valley Commons
Ragnar Benson provided design/build services for this three-story Class A office building. A key objective was to keep construction costs in check through the efficient use of materials. A central compact core containing two elevators, two exit stairs, restrooms, and mechanical shaft space was designed to achieve flexibility for tenant entries and office space layout.
